- The pet is in distress
- Whether you suspect the pet is suffering from Heat Exhaustion or Hyperthermia (Heat Stroke)- signs provided
- You are looking for them AND/OR
- You contacted law enforcement

This card will also provide you and the owner with the actions for survival. Actions to take ON SCENE before you transport the pet to the veterinarian/emergency clinic.
