* Fire Departments, EMS and Military K9 teams are eligible to receive 12 sets of
pet oxygen masks per 6 month period.
* Organizations other than those mentioned here above are eligible to receive up to 5 sets of pet oxygen masks per 6 month period.
After 6 months from the date the fellowship request was placed, your organization may place another request for the authorized amount of kits.
* Funds raised for the Fellowship Program ONLY cover the following costs:
- Kit (3 masks + 3 oxygen tubes)
- Shipping
Should the fellow department want to acquire the O2 Fur Life Bag and its contents, it may do so at the fellow's cost.
